September wines

Another month that rained away, but ended on a high note with a trip to London. As usual in London there was a lot of catching up with friends, eating, drinking and shopping. On Saturday a delicious (and quite giggly in the end) lunch at The Ivy which lived up to everything you’ve heard and some more.

In September I also left my flat in the city and moved to a house to with The Man of my life. After 15 years in the same place means a lot of stuff… So the packing and move wasn’t really a highlight, but living together and wake up next to each other every morning beats everything. A daily highlight needless to say.

When it came to wine we continued with the Italian theme with some French strokes.
