After a wonderful day with visits to the vineyard, cellar and tasting lunch it was time for dinner at La Maison d’Olivier Leflaive. Again, of course, marvellous food and wines. The 2012 Olivier Leflaive Volnay Premier Cru Santenots quickly became my favourite with its dark red colour, aromas of strawberries and cassis as well as slightly hints of spice. Can’t get much better than this...
