Going RED

British newspaper The Independent went red today with Bono as guest-editor. All as part of the product RED campaign to raise awareness and money for AIDS in Africa. Half of revenues of today’s paper will go to the Global Fund to Fight Aids.
Product RED was created by Bono and Bobby Shriver, Chairman of DATA to raise awareness and money for The Global Fund by teaming up with the world's most iconic brands to produce RED-branded products. A percentage of each RED product sold is given to The Global Fund. The money helps women and children with HIV/AIDS in Africa.
In my opinion an excellent idea. Everything that will make people aware of that AIDS in Africa is one of the biggest problem the continent is facing right now. Every day thousands of people days of AIDS. A generation is dying and children are raising children.

So do what you can to help out. Go RED!
