On Wednesday I had my third PT session at the health club and today I’m soooo sore. I started feeling sore yesterday, but today it’s really bad. Especially my glutes. I didn’t even think I had some muscles deep down in there, but I do obviously…
My PT really changed attitude this session. From have been pretty laid back, easy and cheerful he more or less kicked my butt this time. Do that, do this. Add more weights, add more reps and after 45 minutes my body was totally worn out. I do like it though, but the price afterwards is being sore, stiff and tired. I slept like a log on Wednesday night.
The next session is in three weeks, and by then I should have added 10 kilos at each machine. I winced a bit when he told me, but his reply was very clear: "You said you wanted to get toned again. This is the way to do!" I know he’s right and it’s only me who can do it, so I guess I will do it. I will become one toned and fit woman again.
