I’m a big fan of country music after having lived in Texas. Here in Sweden country music isn’t very big, and just by saying you like country music people sometimes assume you’re a bit weird. But for me it’s the other way around. Country music makes me happy and reminds me of the simpler things in life. Of course it also reminds me very much of Texas, cowboys, rodeos, honky-tonks, wide open spaces and long drives.
Both Vince Gill and Alison Krauss have been favourites of mine for a long. Here they really show how good country music/bluegrass really is. Enjoy!
