If you like conspiracy theories here's one for you. Seems like the traffic to YouTube started to flattening out right around October 9… The same day Google bought the company.
It could just be a coincidence. Analyzing small changes in web traffic is always hard. But it could also be that the young people don’t like having "their" space bought up by big corporations. Or that when Google took over they removed all copyrighted videos. And really who wants to look at goofy home videos in the long run?
